Nature's Designers Landscape Contractors is hiring a Snow Driver / Operator to help keep customer properties safe, clear, and professionally serviced during winter events.
This role is for someone who knows how to show up when conditions get tough, operate equipment with care, and take pride in doing the job right. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and serious about safety, we want to talk with you.
What you'll do
- Operate trucks, plows, skid steers, loaders, snow blowers, and related equipment
- Clear snow from drive lanes, parking areas, sidewalks, entries, and walk paths
- Apply salt and de-icing materials to service standards
- Complete assigned snow routes fully and safely
- Communicate equipment issues, site concerns, or service problems early
- Help protect customer safety and reduce slip-and-fall risk
What we're looking for
- Experience operating snow or landscape equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong reliability and follow-through
- Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
What success looks like
- Assigned routes are completed fully and on time
- Sidewalks, entries, and walkways are serviced to standard
- Equipment is operated safely and responsibly
- Problems are reported early instead of becoming bigger issues
- Customers can trust the work was done right
