Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-time | Onsite
Winter Construction is growing and looing to hire a Project Manager to help lead commercial construction projects across our core markets, including commercial, institutional, hospitality, municipal, education, healthcare, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
- Manage internal teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and project teams
- Support project planning, procurement, financial tracking, and change management
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals are met
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in at least one of the following sectors: hospitality, government, K-12, higher education, office, commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, or renovation
- Majority of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience with Procore/CMiC/Bluebeam
- Experience managing complex commercial construction projects
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Local to Atlanta or open to relocation
