Performance Marketing & Channel Operations Specialist
We’re seeking a hands-on performance marketer who understands how channels work together to drive pipeline and revenue—not just clicks. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine, owning campaign execution, optimization, attribution, and reporting across paid social, email, analytics, and programmatic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Mailchimp
- Programmatic platforms including The Trade Desk and AdCellerant
- Cross-channel retargeting campaigns
- Own full-funnel campaign performance from awareness through conversion and retargeting
- Build and refine audience strategies including segmentation, lookalikes, and retargeting audiences
- Manage campaign setup, launch, budget pacing, creative testing, audience testing, and scaling
- Work extensively in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track performance, analyze user journeys, and identify optimization opportunities
- Support attribution and tracking through UTM management and cross-channel reporting alignment
- Use AI tools and automation to improve targeting, optimization, reporting, and marketing workflows
- Collaborate with design and content teams to rapidly test and iterate creative assets based on performance data
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns within:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Mailchimp
- Google Analytics 4
- Familiarity with The Trade Desk and AdCellerant
- Strong understanding of:
- Paid media funnels
- Retargeting strategies
- Audience segmentation
- Conversion tracking
- Multi-touch attribution and platform reporting
- Proven experience launching campaigns, managing budgets, running A/B tests, and optimizing based on performance data
