What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Trial Assistant position at Winston Staffing?
Want to play a direct role in groundbreaking cancer research? We’re partnering with a top company to find a Research Coordinator who will run assigned oncology clinical trials from start to finish, under the guidance of the Clinical Trial Management team.
What you’ll do:
✅ Screen, recruit and enroll patients using EMR, EDC and CTMS
✅ Coordinate patient visits, tests and results according to each protocol
✅ Enter data within 24 hours and resolve queries within 5 days
✅ Report adverse events and protocol deviations within 24 hours
✅ Manage study kits, track study drug accountability, and process and ship specimens
✅ Work with PIs, sponsors, IRBs and the wider care team, and support audits and monitoring visits
What you bring:
🔹 1 year of experience with oncology interventional clinical trials
🔹 CCRC, CCRA or CCRP certification, or 4 years of oncology trial experience
🔹 Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, IRB and HIPAA requirements
🔹 Strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle many tasks at once
🔹 A plus: regulatory experience, plus experience using a centrifuge and handling specimens
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
