We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Administrator to join a high-performing Credit Center at our client. This role is a critical support function for a portfolio focusing on Middle Market, C&I, and SBA lending. The OpportunityYou will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of a diverse commercial loan portfolio. This is a "hands-on" role where your accuracy in processing monetary transactions and boarding complex loans will directly impact the bank's operational success. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Management: Utilize Miser/PCFS systems for high-volume data input, extraction, and file maintenance.Loan Boarding: Review closing documents for accuracy and board new commercial loans into the system.Transaction Processing: Accurately apply loan payments, advances, and payoffs.Portfolio Maintenance: Handle modifications and rate changes specifically for Syndicated and Agented loans.Compliance & Reporting: Prepare satisfaction/lien releases and generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.Agency Interaction: Act as a point of contact for SBA Guidehouse inquiries and coordinate with Agent Banks. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience: 5 years of professional business experience, with at least 2 years specifically in servicing Participation or Agented loans.Technical Hit: Proficiency in the Miser loan system is highly preferred (retail branch experience with monetary transactions is a plus).Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and SBA loan requirements.Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict banking deadlines.
