We work in a fast paced environment where creative and energetic people thrive. We are looking for an upbeat motivated professional to become our property manager at Winston Square Apartments. You must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ability to use your understanding of human nature and what motivates people will be useful tools as you work with prospective renters and current residents. You will be responsible for operating our management office in a professional manner. You will take prospects on a tour of the property and a rent ready unit.
You will oversee the maintenance staff and make sure the grounds and available apartments are ready to show. You will answer phones in a friendly and professional manner with a pleasant telephone voice and attitude. It is important to keep our residents happy and satisfied with the level of customer service we provide and maintain high occupancy levels. Some flexibility in your work schedule may be necessary to show prospective renters our complex.
The position requires excellent skills in the management and motivation of people and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and vendors. In addition, the position requires, but is not limited to, the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
- Top notch customer service skills
- Communicating with vendors and maintenance staff
- Ability to lease apartments.
Good Computer Skills are a must
- Must Have: Good knowledge of Excel
Salary based on experience. Excellent salary for the right person.
