Job Summary:
As a Consumer Brand Support Representative at Winston Products, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your day-to-day activities will involve prioritizing orders, responding to customer inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with various departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience. Your agility, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude will be key to keeping our valued customers happy and retaining their loyalty.
This position is located onsite in Solon, OH and is an Entry-Level Position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, social media channels and other customer facing platforms with a sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on processing consumer orders, returns, and replacement products.
- Complete special projects as assigned, contributing to the team's success.
- Prioritize daily orders, projects, to maintain efficient operations.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential customer issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Create and document processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and engage with social media channels for comments and inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: An Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, business, marketing, logistics, retail, call center or high-volume support environment.
- Familiarity with outdoor products, tools, hardware, or similar industries is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
