Position Summary
Customer Service Representative manages customer queries and complaints. Employees will also be asked escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role employees will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Mailroom duties performed to process and distribute incoming mail.
Responsibilities
High school diploma, general education degree equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Customer interaction: Answer customer questions about loans, guide them through applications, approvals, payments and account status.
- Issue resolution: Handle complaints and resolve issues related to mortgage payments, escrow, or other account-specific concerns.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
High school diploma, general education degree equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven customer support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
