As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our production lines and facilities in top shape, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining everything from electrical and mechanical systems to hydraulics, plumbing, and HVAC. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications as needed to keep the facility and equipment in excellent condition.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and production systems.
- Manage outside contractors: schedule, oversee, and ensure work is safe and completed to spec.
- Complete projects that support Manufacturing Operations.
- Operate motorized vehicles (Hy-lift, forklift, company vehicles, etc.) safely.
- Other duties as assigned, because in manufacturing, no two days are ever the same.
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding for maintenance purposes.
- Ability to troubleshoot 480v/3 phase as well as 277v circuits and equipment.
- Know the difference between line voltage and control voltage.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and related equipment.
- Experience with plumbing and pipefitting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Comfortable instructing operators across all shifts.
- Ability to work overtime or off-shift as needed.
- Familiarity with lasers and PLCs is a plus.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Valid license for company equipment.

- Frequently sitting, standing, and walking.
- Occasional local travel for training or material pick-up.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions, make sound judgments, look professional, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work primarily in a well-lit, heated/cooled manufacturing plant.
- May require occasional overtime, weekends, or holiday work when the situation calls for it.
- Rare exposure to hazardous chemicals; mostly a safe industrial environment.
