What’s a Day in the Life of a Guest Room Attendant?

Role

As a Guest Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest room is spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked. From the moment you step into work, you'll be focused on providing our guests with a comfortable, clean environment to relax and enjoy their stay. Here’s what you can expect:

• Attention to Detail: You’ll clean and organize guest rooms to perfection, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, polishing mirrors, and sanitizing all surfaces. You’ll also ensure all supplies are replenished and rooms are ready for check-in.
• Guest Experience: You’re not just cleaning rooms – you're helping create memorable experiences. By maintaining a clean and tidy space, you’re making sure our guests feel cared for and valued.
• Efficiency: Fast-paced and efficient, you’ll clean up to 15 rooms a day, making sure everything is in top condition for every guest. You'll also handle public areas, ensuring the entire hotel remains sparkling.
• Team Spirit: Work as part of a close-knit housekeeping team that prides itself on supporting one another and working together to achieve excellence.
• Pride in Your Work: You’ll finish each room with a sense of pride, knowing you’ve done your best to create a welcoming, comfortable environment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina: You should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stretch, and be on your feet for extended periods while completing general janitorial and housekeeping tasks.
• Attention to Detail: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to ensure rooms are spotless.
