Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
