Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up concrete forms for pouring.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
- Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Ensure proper curing of concrete to enhance strength and durability.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time.
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment used in concrete work.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction fields.
- Skills in frame carpentry, masonry, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and the operation of concrete mixers.
- Ability to perform plaster work as needed.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
