We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Operations Specialist to support our varying operations. This role will focus on financial reporting, accounting workflows, and operational data management, helping ensure accurate financial insights and smooth day-to-day operations. Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in financial systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel and other financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Restaurant365 management software is preferred but not required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, preferred but not required.
- Equivalent experience in financial reporting or restaurant operations will also be considered.

Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
