We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Montrose Health Center for the day shift (6a-6p). The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with care plans and facility protocols.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and regulations

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to physicians

Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other staff to provide comprehensive resident care

Participate in care planning, assessments, and discharge planning

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of practice

CPR/BLS certification

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
