Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update procedures and work instructions to support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Train and guide employees on QMS requirements, expectations, and the proper application within daily operations.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, manage, and close Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) aimed at improving QMS performance and overall facility metrics.
• Apply knowledge of quality testing methodologies and requirements to ensure they are effectively integrated into the QMS.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance representative during customer and supplier assessments, including raw material qualification activities.
Skills Needed:
Candidate’s resume should be more aligned with a "Quality Engineer" profile. Skills that should be highlighted in the resume include:
• 3–5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering disciplines.
• ASQ Certification or equivalent body of knowledge (CQA, CQT, CQE, or Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt preferred).
• Experience working directly with external customers.
• Ability to handle large machinery — requiring a Mechanical Engineer background (not a software engineer).
