What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner position at Winslow Memorial Hospital, Inc?
Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university. Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
Experience: Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting plus two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
Specific Skills: Good verbal and written, communicate effectively
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Licenses: Current Arizona RN license.
Current Nurse Practitioner license
Certifications: Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
