You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages in a close-knit desert community on the southern shore of Lake Powell. This role allows you to practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and making a lasting difference in an underserved population.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• You hold an active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one
• You maintain a valid DEA registration and BLS certification
• You are passionate about serving underserved and culturally diverse communities
• You collaborate well with interdisciplinary care teams
• Two years of ambulatory care experience is preferred
• Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $109,000 to $152,000
• $7,500 retention bonus at the beginning of the second year
