Position DescriptionWe are seeking a Final Technician to perform final inspection activities for printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing operations. This position works closely with the Quality team to ensure finished products meet customer specifications, IPC standards, and internal quality requirements prior to shipment. The role focuses on detailed inspection, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality system procedures.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform final inspection of printed circuit boards prior to shipmentConduct detailed visual inspections using microscopes and inspection toolsVerify product compliance to drawings, specifications, work instructions, and IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610)Review and confirm completion of required inspection and quality documentationIdentify, document, and report nonconforming product per quality proceduresAccurately record inspection results in quality systems and inspection logsCommunicate inspection findings and quality concerns to Quality and Production teamsVerify proper handling, labeling, packaging, and customer-specific requirements prior to shipmentFollow ESD, safety, and quality system requirements at all timesMaintain cleanliness and proper care of inspection tools and work areasSupport audit preparation by providing inspection records and documentation as requestedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in PCB manufacturing, electronics, or EMS preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirementsWorking knowledge of IPC workmanship standardsExperience using microscopes and visual inspection toolsStrong attention to detail and inspection accuracyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work overtime as neededHourly Pay: $19 - 25 per hourCompensation is based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and specialized skills.BenefitsWinonics provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, employee life and accidental death, and disability, provides paid time off and paid holidays.
