Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our team. This role is focused specifically on professional window tint installation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing window film and takes pride in clean, precise results.
This listing is only for experienced installers, we do not offer any training.
Responsibilities
- Install window tint on vehicles with a high level of precision and consistency
- Properly prep glass surfaces (cleaning, shaping, shrinking, and installing film)
- Cut, heat-shrink, and apply film to meet quality and appearance standards
- Inspect finished work to ensure no contamination, gaps, or imperfections
- Communicate with team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow shop procedures
- Handle materials and equipment safely during installations
Qualifications
- 1 year of professional window tint installation experience required
- Candidates with formal tint training and strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply
- Experience with vinyl wrap, PPF, or detailing is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to install tint on a variety of applications (automotive, commercial, residential, specialty vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
