We’re looking for a General Dentist with a passion for pediatrics to join our fun, high-energy team in Buffalo, NY. Whether you're just finishing a GPR or have years of experience, if you love working with children and want to grow in a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment—this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver preventive and restorative care to pediatric patients
- Perform fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, and early ortho screenings
- Educate patients and parents on oral health and hygiene
- Create a calm, positive experience for every child
What You’ll Get
- Daily Guarantee: $1,000–$1,200 (in perpetuity)
- Production Pay: 35% of net production
- Retention Bonus: Up to $60,000 over 2 years

Responsibilities
Preventive Care
- Routine exams and cleanings
- Fluoride treatments and sealants
- Patient/parent education on oral hygiene, diet, and habits
Restorative & Pediatric Treatments
- Fillings, crowns (including stainless steel), and root canals
- Pulpotomy and pulpectomy (baby root canals)
- Extractions, space maintainers, and treatment of dental injuries
- Early orthodontic assessments
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active NY dental license (or eligibility)
- Experience treating pediatric patients (or GPR/AEGD with pediatric focus)
- Nitrous certification a plus
