Job Description
Sales Administrative Assisstant – Provide general support to sales team.
Salary - $18-24 / hour (depending on experience / training provided) bonus benefits (Health 70% employer covered , dental 30% employer covered, Simple IRA) and PTO after 90 day probation period
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide data entry and administrative work for all sales team
- Maintain files
- Assist Sales and Customer service manager as needed
- Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and documentation on a timely basis according to agency policies and procedures
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Calendaring and scheduling of orders, supporting with day to day administrative tasks.
- Process and coordinate orders until product is shipped
- Process and submit paperwork for Chain stores: New item forms, price changes, promotion updates.
Requirements
- College (minimum associates degree) or in college
- No prior experience required (Training will be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Key Qualifications
- Proficient with 10 key, and typing (30 words/min), Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Office suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in speaking English (Mandarin and/ or Cantonese a plus)
