As our Human Resources Assistant, you’ll be the go-to support for the HR Director, and all employees across the organization. In a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate, driven colleagues, you’ll keep our employee operations running smoothly—from recruiting and onboarding to employee records and day-to-day HR support—while handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end people operations (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, separations)
Help maintain regulatory compliance and reduce risk through accurate documentation and process follow-through
Partner across departments to answer questions and route requests to the right resources
Compile, track, and report HR data to support decisions and keep work moving
Day-to-day responsibilities
Create and maintain compliant employee personnel files and HR documentation
Manage recruiting and hiring workflows from application through onboarding in Paycom
Organize and maintain digital and paper records (copying, scanning, sorting, and filing)
Provide timely responses to inquiries from employees and managers by phone and email.
Assist with special projects and other requests as needed
