What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the production process, installing and testing components that bring our boats to life. Opportunities are available across various areas of production.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing and testing marine components (rigging)
- Operating power tools: screw guns, drills, caulk guns, grinders
- Collaborating with engineers and managers to solve challenges
- Ensuring all components meet our high standards
What You Bring
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and teamwork. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required)
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to read and follow assembly diagrams
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical positions
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Physical & Environmental Requirements
This role involves physical activity and exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Physical tasks may include:
- Climbing, kneeling, squatting, stretching, bending
- Working in confined or awkward spaces
- Lifting up to 80 lbs.
