About the Role
The Production Team Member – Electrical Check will be responsible for testing all electrical components on the boat, troubleshooting root cause of failed tests, and correcting the issue.
What You’ll Do
- Check all electrical functions on the boats
- Install console toe-kick panels
- Perform quality inspections of electrical components
- Complete and sign required inspections and production documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Support continuous improvement and production excellence
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2 years ideal)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
- Working knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems
- Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
