Cycle Counter

Working as a member of the Warehouse Team, the Cycle Counter ensures accuracy of production inventory to support Barletta’s ability to build products according to schedule and planned timelines.

Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment, and be able to work in both indoor and outdoor inventory locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assistindeterminingroot causesofinventory discrepancies.

1. Cycle Count Material dailywith Familiarity in Excel.

1. Supply production lines as needed based on material availability.

1. Data enter cycle counts.

1. Lead team members through daily cycle counting processes.

1. Expedite and communicate material concerns as needed.

1. Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactivelyidentifiesopportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Self-motivatedteam playerwith the ability to stay on task andbe flexible and reliablewhen changes occur.
• Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
• Perform other general duties as directed.

• Good written and verbal communication 
• Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
