We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support a team of professional employees. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately prepare shipments, deliver supplies and perform other clerical tasks necessary to keep the workplace running smoothly.

What you'll Do
Shipping & Delivery
- Pack parts so they arrive safely to customers
- Label boxes and prepare shipping documents
- Help ensure all orders ship on time
- Move products through shipping within 24 hours
Receiving
- Receive and check incoming materials
- Process raw materials within 24 hours
- Handle incoming UPS deliveries within 2 hours
Inventory & Stock
- Help maintain accurate inventory
- Restock bins and keep shelves organized
- Support our bin stock system (keep bins full- no empty red bins!)
Deliveries & Customer Support
- Help prepare scheduled deliveries
- Make sure customers always have what they need
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
Outside Processing
- Track parts sent to outside vendors
- Follow up weekly to check status
- Help schedule pickups & deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Responsible and dependable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn (no experience needed- we train!)
- Able to lift boxes (at least 30lbs) and stay active
- Good communication skills
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and be able to self-prioritize.
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and act with urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks.
- Must be organized.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
