In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Property Management Software platforms managing all processes and procedures relating to software implementation, software conversions, and software enhancements.
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00-$113,000.00 annually dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following hybrid schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST with Friday being a remote day.

Responsibilities
- Lead company initiatives relative to software conversion and enhancements.
- Logistics management for new initiatives and implementations.
- Develop, communicate, and train best practices for use of RealPage Suite of Operations software.
- Proficiency in OneSite property management processes.
- Create learning guides and documentation for "All Things RealPage" platform.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure all necessary steps have been completed for software updates and present enhancement for consideration.
- Management of WinnStart/Stop efforts for all RealPage implementations.
- Review monthly and quarterly software updates and enhancements.
- Solicit bids from contractors with approval from the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager.
- Make recommendations on adoption of product enhancements.
- Development of processes and procedures to support new software functions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- 1-3 years of supervisory / managerial experience.
- A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web based applications.
- Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
- Summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use in complex varied situations..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding supervisory skills.
- Provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations for the area(s) of responsibility.
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with RealPage and other property management software platforms.
- Prior experience with property management direct operations.
- Familiarity with LIHTC / Project Based regulations.
