Position Overview
The Client Relationship Administrator is a key member of the Winkler Tree team, combining customer service excellence with strong administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth client experience while supporting all departments across the organization. This is an in‑person position, with flexible remote work options available upon approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering client calls and responding to emails promptly.
- Process client intake, perform initial data entry, and schedule consultations.
- Clearly explain company processes related to scheduling, permitting, and billing.
- Assist clients with payment processing.
- Handle inquiries regarding treatments or pricing by taking accurate notes and routing questions appropriately.
- Learn permitting requirements and procedures to support both clients and coworkers.
- Complete daily time entry for field crews with accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and maintain property and contact records in the CRM system.
- Provide minor CRM troubleshooting support to the Sales Team; escalate issues when needed.
- Execute administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Meet regularly with territory sales partners to support workflow and communication.
Qualifications
- 5 years of administrative experience.
- 5 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent time management skills and strong accountability.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
- Self‑starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM software.
Bonus Skills
- Arboriculture or green industry experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience with Aspire or other landscape management software.
- Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally (files, office supplies, small equipment).
- Ability to move between office areas and interact with field staff as needed.
- Ability to work in an office environment with standard computer and phone use.
Compensation
Pay Range: $56,000 – $61,000 per year
Job Type: Full‑time
Shift: Day shift (Saturday availability is a plus but not required)
