Estate Planning / Elder Law / Medicaid Paralegal

This senior paralegal position will assist the primary attorney in preparing estate planning documents, applying for long-term care Medicaid benefits, conducting signing meetings and interacting regularly with clients. This position will report directly to the managing attorney. The ideal candidate should have at least three years’ experience in estate planning, elder law or probate administration.  Must have experience managing case load from start to finish.  The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detailed oriented, multi-tasker and a people person.
