MIG Aluminum Welder – $18/hr (Full-Time, 1st & 2nd Shift)

Job Overview
We are looking for dependable MIG Aluminum Welders to join our team. In this job, you will fit, weld, and assemble aluminum parts using MIG welding. You will read basic drawings, set up parts, and check your work to make sure it meets our quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Weld and assemble aluminum parts using MIG welding.
- Clean and repair welds when needed.
- Follow all safety rules and company quality standards.
- Keep your work area clean and take care of tools and equipment.
- Work with other welders and production staff to meet daily goals.
- Pay close attention to detail while completing your tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 2–3 years of MIG aluminum welding experience, or formal welding training.
- Ability to read simple blueprints or drawings.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to measure materials using a tape measure, square, etc.
- Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.
Job Requirements
- Pay is $18/hr
- Must be able to work either shift.
- Must have at least 1 year of thin-gauge aluminum MIG welding experience.
- Must be able to work on-site in Grand Prairie, TX.
