We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to supervise operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are met while providing top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
- Train and support newer crew members in their roles.
- Maintain inventory control standards.
- Ensure adherence to store policies by all staff.
- Manage and motivate crew members.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and positively.
- Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold operating requirements.
- Enforce uniform and jewelry policies.
- Ensure a positive Wingstop experience for every guest.
- Maintain cash control and cleanliness standards.
- Become proficient in ordering and inventory standards.
- Utilize the NBO system and WingYou training systems
