Job Overview

Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies, food safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with kitchen management tasks including food production, catering, and banquet services when necessary.
- Support management in budgeting, staffing schedules, and operational planning.
- Enforce compliance with health regulations and company policies throughout the shift.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Experience in managing inventory control, cash handling, and food safety standards.
- Prior work in quick service & fast-food restaurants or casual dining environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including staff training, team management, and supervising experience.
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices including customer service excellence and food safety compliance.
- Experience with culinary arts or fine dining settings is a plus.
