Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor General Managers and Assistant GMs to foster high engagement and operational success
- Maintain and promote Wingstop’s unique company culture across all locations
- Support restaurant teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Train and develop management staff, managing career growth and setting clear performance standards
- Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company programs and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement operational improvements
- Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance and sales
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, analysis, and improving EBITDAR
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
- Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12-18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success
- Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual industry operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations
- Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit
- Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office
