Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently within 3-5 seconds
- Handle all orders and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Operate the POS/register system accurately and manage cash handling safely
- Assist kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and stock at the counter, dining area, and restrooms
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently
- Resolve minor guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable using computerized register (POS) systems
- Excellent cash handling and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polite, and reliable under pressure
- Integrity, honesty, and accountability in all tasks
- Food Handler Certification required
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
