Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare simple meals and support healthy eating
- Offer light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Support clients with routines that promote independence and safety
- Communicate changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Genuine compassion for older adults
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required — we provide training
