Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- CHHA training program sponsorship available ( must meet eligibility criteria)
- Valid New Jersey CHHA license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass background check and health screening
