POSITION SUMMARY
The Hero Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to SoCal Fitness Partners members, prospective members and guests. This position works the overnight shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greets members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handles all front desk related activities including: Answers phones in a friendly manner and assists callers with a variety of questions.
- Checks members into the system.
- Completes new member and potential new member facility tours.
- Presents rate presentations to potential members.
- Registers new members for membership.
- Facilitates needed updates to member’s accounts.
- Responds to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevates to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Assists in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Ensures proper security of the facility.
- Maintains equipment to meet member expectations.
- Prepares the facility to be ready for the day.
- May be required to run or submit reports for management
