Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues .
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to address various maintenance challenges effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Oversee facility projects to ensure quality finishes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities .
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and clients regarding maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure minimal downtime during repairs.
Skills
- Proficient in electrical experience, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of equipment.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus.
- Experience in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair tasks.
- Ability to read schematics for effective troubleshooting of systems.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable for leading maintenance teams.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with staff and clients.
