Duties
- Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of guest billing and accounting records
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to maintain accurate records for management review
- Monitor security cameras and conduct visual inspections of public areas to uphold safety standards and prevent theft or misconduct
- Assist with late-night administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services procedures, and financial auditing practices
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and communication excellence
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and handling high-volume guest interactions
- Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
