Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
- Perform night audit procedures when required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Uphold hotel policies regarding guest safety, security, and confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing guest inquiries, and handling reservations
