Job description
Wing It is looking for a part time and full time Team members and shift Leaders to join our Grand Opening Team!
Prior experience in fast food/Quick service restaurant is a plus but it is not required.
*** PAY, PERKS & BENEFITS ***
Hours: Part Time and Full Time
Starting Pay: $14/h weekly Bonus Tips Raise after 60 days based on performances
Paid Training: One Week $14 Bonus Tips
Weekly Bonus: Weekly Bonus $1/hour depending on reliability and performances
Tips: cash credit card tips equally shared between all the staff members based on the number of hours worked. (Tips add approx $2 to $4/hours)
Frequency: Paid Weekly on Friday by direct deposit
Employee Discount: One meal per shift over 4 hours (limited options) 90% DIscount
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong work ethic
- Punctuality
- Outstanding customers service skills
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
- Ability to work varied hours/days including lunch, evening and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended hours and to move and handle boxes
- Valid driver's license
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Friendly attitude and customers service skills
- Knowledge of our menu (recipes and prices)
- Being able to read and follow recipes correctly
- Being able to complete order correctly
- Maintain a high level of communication with the other team members
- Keeping workspace perfectly clean
- Ability to process information/merchandise through register system
- Ability to work in all kitchen position and replace or assist staff member especially during rush hours
