Responsibilities
- Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately
- Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing cash, credit, and retail sales transactions
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, bussing tables, and ensuring food safety compliance
- Assist in food service customer order management, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Support food safety management practices by handling food properly and maintaining hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred but not mandatory
