Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as an Assisted Living Administrator. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assisted living operations, including resident care, staffing, and facility management
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
- Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and ongoing health monitoring
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records
- Manage budgets, billing, and resource allocation
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and quality of life
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external partners

Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- ALF Administrator License or willing to obtain
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior housing required
- Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
