We do that through a strong culture of innovation and an unwavering focus on delivering the best to our clients.We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Receiving team, as a Receiving and Returns Associate at our Glenwillow, OH facility. The Receiving and Returns Associate will support our company's fulfillment warehouse operations. You will ensure item and location accuracy and data integrity as well as perform various warehouse activities.What you'll be doing:Navigate multiple warehouse systems including but not limited to WMS, Fulfillment Portal, etc.Inspect/examine returned product and determine causeOrganize returned products and make necessary inventory adjustmentsResearch problem orders for resolution and shippingAssist in shipping/receiving product to and from our CA facilitiesAssist in other departments as neededMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organizationAbide by all company safety and security guidelinesOther duties as assignedWho you are:Candidates must possess a highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.Must have a High School diploma or equivalentAbility to operate an electric pallet jack, forklift experience preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAttention to detailAbility to multitaskDemonstrable problem-solving skills and investigative skillsExperience working in direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft WordWhy WineDirect?You will have the ability to transform the wine industry by facilitating wineries ability to sell their products globallyYou'll get to work with and support a stellar group of people who work together to care for our clients and their customersYou'll be empowered to make decisions, both to get the job done and to further your careerWe have a competitive compensation package including medical, dental and vision coverage as well as Life, Long Term Disability and AD&D at no cost to the employee and a 401(k) plan with employer match.WineDirect is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
