Maintain knowledge and understanding of spa services and products Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable. Deliver exceptional customer service and drive review generation in clients Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory counts Daily inventories for Spa Supplies & Wine Bar Area. Plan or direct spa services and programs such as monthly specials Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities. Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and professionals Cultivate a dynamic sales culture and execute personal goals for self and employees Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement. Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or policies and guidelines.
- Training of Vagaro & SpotOn POS systems to all new hires and all spa employees to ensure maximum service excellence and revenue generation with every guest.
- Manages complete coordination of events at the spa including creating experience and all esthetics. Handles all event follow up with clients
- Assists in the training, and supervision of all front desk staff.
- Assist in training manuals for all the jobs
- Answer weekly reviews with thought out responses
- Making any money decisions included but not limited to refunds and bills, as designated by owner
- Manage Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians, and bar staff members
- Conduct meetings with staff members and have material prepared
- Serve as an active member of Front Desk team, to ensure full coverage of the desk, report all absences and lateness to the owner
- Provides excellent customer service and helps monitor guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques. Helps to supervise and follow up on guest requests and comments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
