We’re a community gathering place where guests can discover specialty coffee roasted by founding company, Three Oaks Roasting Co., thoughtfully selected wines, zero-proof drinks, beer, and small bites. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning our products, and taking pride in the whole guest experience.
What you’ll do
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, wine, beer, and zero-proof beverages with care and consistency.- Prepare and plate small bites according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Help guests find drinks they’ll enjoy and suggest food pairings.
- Share the stories behind our coffees, wines, and retail products.
- Introduce guests to our clubs, tastings, events, take-home coffee, and wine bottles.
- Use Square to take orders and process payments accurately.
- Keep the bar, dishes, tables, restrooms, and guest spaces clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Complete opening, closing, and shift handoff duties, including keeping the Velvet Lounge ready for guests and events.
- Follow food safety, ID verification, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
Who we’re looking for
You’re friendly, dependable, curious, and comfortable starting conversations. You notice what needs to be done and take initiative, whether that means welcoming a guest, washing dishes, restocking supplies, or helping a teammate.
Coffee, wine, restaurant, or retail experience is helpful. A willingness to learn, follow recipes, receive feedback, and deliver thoughtful service is essential. You should be comfortable working on your feet and staying organized during busy service.
