Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Stock Associate, full-time stock person able to work in a fast paced environment. Energetic individuals with prior knowledge of wine & spirits stocking experience would be ideal and we are also open to teaching along the way.
Responsibilities
- Receive, check accurately inventory incoming deliveries
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor shelves
- Maintain clean, orderly, and well-organized retail areas
- Monitor and report discrepancies between physical inventory and pos system
- Support overall store operations and daily upkeep (including sweeping/mopping)
- Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge and assisting with retail sales when needed and ocassional delivery
Skills
- Ability to heavy lift 50 lbs and keep items & stock organized
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior experience in wine & spirits preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, pricing, and transaction processing
- Previous retail store experience or knowledge of merchandising is plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
