Windy Hill Farm and Preserve is a 650-acre luxury destination resort in East Tennessee located near the Great Smoky Mountains and the Tennessee River. Rooted in genuine hospitality, thoughtful dining, and connection to the land, the property offers all-inclusive stays, guided upland experiences, seasonal activities, and 18 carefully curated accommodations surrounded by rolling farmland and preserved landscape.
At the center of the guest experience is Wilder, our garden-to-table restaurant where menus are shaped by what is grown on-site and sourced throughout the region. Our culinary program is grounded in seasonality, creativity, humility, and attention to detail, offering a modern approach to Appalachian dining inspired by the landscape around us.
We are currently hiring a full-time Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team in Loudon, Tennessee.
Working alongside Executive Chef Ben Warwick and the Wilder culinary team, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative kitchen environment focused on thoughtful hospitality, seasonal ingredients, and meaningful guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and plating high-quality seasonal dishes
• Following recipes with consistency and attention to detail
• Assisting with ingredient preparation and kitchen organization
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Collaborating with the culinary team during service
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications:
• Professional kitchen or restaurant experience
• Understanding of food preparation techniques and ingredient handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for farm-to-table cuisine and thoughtful hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary certifications or formal training are a plus
