Duties
- Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments and receiving inbound deliveries in compliance with trade regulations and company policies
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize inventory using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with order fulfillment processes including order picking, packing, and labeling for e-commerce platforms
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring proper placement of stock using pallet jacks and other equipment
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in receiving procedures and inventory management systems
- Ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order picking & packing, load & unload operations, and stock replenishment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
