This role is built for people coming from Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar roles who are ready to take ownership of delivery, not just support it.
What You’ll Do
- Keep software implementation projects organized and moving forward
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Work directly with clients to understand needs and communicate status
- Translate requirements into clear next steps for technical teams
- Partner with engineers on system behavior, data, and workflows
- Gradually take ownership of full project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years in roles like Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Implementation Analyst
- Experience working on software implementations, SaaS preferred
- Comfortable with requirements, data, and how systems connect
- Client facing experience
- Interest in growing into Project Management
